I retired from Phelps Dodge & Freeport-McMoran Copper & Gold after 30+ years in the Mining Industry. While there, I participated in and led several key initiatives with the two industry leaders. I decided to use that experience to help others deliver results in their organizations, and launched New Era Consulting Services in mid-2009. I truly believe our team members are some of the finest people you will ever meet.....
